The logo I thought displayed the design technique of ambiguity of positive and negative space is the International Business Machines Corporation or IBM striped logo designed by Paul Rand in 1972. Rand had designed other versions of IBMs logo throughout the past but the striped one has been in use since its creation. Rand developed the striped logo with a technique known as half-toning to make the logo less heavy and more dynamic. The use of positive and negative space successfully allowed this logo to last as an iconic symbol for the company.
